With its robust construction, the LF3D is perfect for use within machine tools, delivering precise light to target objects and excellent optical performance without a multi-shadow effect in a smaller and lighter format compared to conventional products.

Using robust materials (stainless steel, extruded aluminium, reinforced glass) with a high-level specifications (IP67,IP69K, resistant up to 55°C), LF3D series withstands severe environments inside machine tools.

WIDE RANGE FOR ALL CONFIGURATIONS

Wide selection of models to suit various machine tools: depending on the machine tool requirement, select the standard, or diffused light distribution to illuminate the workspace. The standard lens provides brilliant light on the edges of tools and workpieces, whereas diffused lens provides wide light distribution inside work areas.

EASY MOUNTING AND MAINTENANCE

Smaller and lighter than other conventional products, the LF3D series can replace old LED lights utilising various connection options within the range.

MORE EFFICENT WORK IN A MORE COMFORTABLE WAY

High-quality and uniform lighting help you reduce multi-shadow effect and ease the visual inspection of the machined surface. The LF3D LED allows the light to be evenly distributed to provide natural lighting and avoid stripes and reflections on the workpiece.
And when it is time for maintenance, thanks to the dim mode, the operator is protected from glare.

Clear identification of chatter marks: IDEC’s unique optical technology enables the light to shine evenly on the surface, suppressing multiple shadows and allowing the operator to see scratches and unevenness on the workpiece. In addition, LF3D lighting makes it possible to check whether chatter marks have been generated.
